We are pleased to announce that Dr. Adrian V. Golser, CEO of GOLSER IP LTD, has successfully passed the German patent assessor exam in late March 2025. The examination follows an 8-month practical period organized jointly by the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the German Patent Court (BPatG). It consists of four written exams, each lasting 3-4 hours, as well as a 5-hour oral exam, covering areas related to patents, trademarks, designs, employment, German civil and company laws, and litigation.

Having obtained the title of “Patentassessor,” Dr. Golser is now qualified to be sworn in as a German patent attorney.
